1. Pick up location?
We’re at 1960 yonge st, 2nd floor!2. Can I change the order pick up date and time?
We are able to change pick up dates based on our availability calendar. However, if bookings are full on the date you wish to change,
unfortunately we will not be able to change pick up dates.We would like to kindly ask that you designate and finalize the date and time upon order reservations. 3. What is your cancellation policy?
We’re trying to be as accommodating as possible, especially during pandemic.Full refund available for cancellations 14 days
prior to pick up date
Store credit available for cancellations within 7 days
prior to pick up date

Unfortunately we are not offering customer flavours at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience, but check out the four flavours we have available to order! 5. Can I book on dates that are fully booked?
We are sorry to inform you that due to the high volume of orders, we will not be able to take more reservations on days that are fully booked. We would like to recommend that you complete your order reservation process 2 weeks before the desired pick up date and time!6. Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we’re pick up only at this time and available at Northyork area!7. How should my cake be served and stored?
We are recommend keeping it in the fridge and leave it out at room temp at least 1 hour before you serve!And we are recommend eating your cake within 1-2days after pick up your cake as we are using fresh whipped cream for inside cream!-
